Blush & Bites

For my Work based Learning project, I chose JDO, a creative agency known for packaging work with brands like Heineken. Their focus on design, branding, and storytelling aligned with my interests perfectly.

I joined a cross course team and took on multiple roles from designing the brand logo in Illustrator and Photoshop, to creating and editing the final hero image, which combined a 3D render with a real “girls’ night in” scene I staged and shot myself.

A big challenge we faced was refining our concept mid project. It taught me the importance of clear communication and creative focus. I also took on a leadership role, managing a lot of the content and presentation, which helped me grow in confidence and teamwork.

This experience strengthened my skills in branding, visual design, and collaboration key takeaways I can apply to in professional practices.
